Rich Dudek played an instrumental role in the process of sourcing and securing a suitable building for our new corporate campus in the Wilmington, Delaware Market. Rich, in my opinion, often went above and beyond the call of duty with frequent communication between the many parties involved. As this was the first time handling a project of this size, it was helpful to have someone such as Rich that was trustworthy and that I could turn to for feedback and direction.
