Wilmington, DE (August 4, 2017) –

Office

Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented Arthur Hall Insurance in the sublease of a 2,578 sq. ft. office suite at 7450 Lancaster Pike, Suite 201, in Hockessin, DE.

Rich Dudek and Michael Willey represented the seller, NAN Properties, LLC, in the sale of a 2,376 sq. ft. office condo at 625 Barksdale Road in Newark, DE.

Rich Dudek represented the landlord, Dockside Properties, and the tenants in the lease of two office spaces at 222 Philadelphia Pike. Bio-Media Communications, a specialized media production company, has leased Suite 8, a 1,500 sq. ft. space.  Bellevue Remodel & Design, LLC, an interior and exterior remodeling company, now occupies Suite 9, a 690 sq. ft. space. There are two remaining spaces for lease in this office building – Suite 4 (1,600 sq. ft.) and Suites 13-17 (2,706 sq. ft).

Dan Lesher represented the landlord, DMG Properties, LLC, in the lease of two 1,000 sq. ft. office suites at 1302 Old Lancaster Pike in Hockessin, DE.

 

Retail

Chris Moore, CCIM, and Rich Dudek represented the landlord, SF III Vineyard Way, LLC, in the lease of a 3,073 sq. ft. retail space at 301 Vineyard Way in Jenners Commons Business & Professional Village in West Grove, PA. There is one space remaining that could be split into two units with a maximum of 4,600 sq. ft. Over the last year, Moore and Dudek have leased over 29,672 sq. ft. at this highly desirable location.

Tom Ryan represented the landlord, Linn Hoopes, Jr., in the lease of a 1,200 sq. ft. retail space at 2204 Grubb Road in Wilmington, DE. The tenant is Polish Salon.

 

Industrial

Rich Dudek represented both the landlord, GTCA Properties, LLC, and the tenant, Glass Doctor of Delaware, in the lease of a 2,000 sq. ft. space at 13 King Court, Unit 1, in New Castle, DE.

 

Land

Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented the seller, Green Bunny, LLC, in the sale of a .90 +/- AC parcel at 107 S. DuPont Highway in New Castle, DE.

 

Multifamily

Rich Dudek represented the buyer, Digenakis Properties, LLC, in the purchase of a 20-unit multifamily building at 202-206 Ayre Street in Wilmington, DE.
