Tony Bariglio represented the seller, FJEF Leasing LLC, in the sale of a 3,628 sq. ft. office space at 139 E Chestnut Hill Road in Newark, DE.

Rich Dudek represented the tenant, Guardian Environmental Services Company, in the lease of a 6,300 sq. ft. industrial space at 70 Albe Drive in Newark, DE.

Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented both the landlord, Greenhill 100 LLC, and the tenant, DHT Happiness, LLC in the lease of a 953 sq. ft. office space at 120 Greenhill Ave. The space, a small cottage, sits within a mixed-use complex consisting of warehouse space, offices, and a daycare.
