As a native of Wilmington, educated here and in nearby Philadelphia, Marvin brings a wealth of experience and business contacts. From 1975 to 1985, as President of Sachs Realty, a well-respected moslty residential local firm, Marvin made his mark in the local real estate scene. Along the way, Marvin obtained his autcioneer's license and now operates Marvin Sachs Auction Company, which will remain separate from Patterson-Woods.
As an active member of the State of Delaware Real Estate Commission, and a onetime chairman of that commission, Marvin is known for his integrity and professionalism. Marvin is able to assist in all phases of commercial real estate.
