Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Represents Exodus Escape Rooms, LLC in the Lease of their Second Delaware Location

Wilmington, DE (January 29, 2016) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market, today announced the completion of a 4,030 sq. ft. retail lease on behalf of Exodus Escape Rooms, LLC at 1708 & 1704A Marsh Road in Wilmington, Delaware.

Exodus will occupy the first floor of the 1,600 square foot office and 2,430 square feet of the 2^nd floor of the building, which is owned by Regency Centers. Rich Dudek, Principal at Patterson-Woods, represented the tenant in this transaction. Pat Gioffre of Gioffre Commercial Realty, LLC represented the landlord.

Exodus Escape Rooms is an entertainment company that provides a real life, interactive game where guests are given the task of solving puzzles, cracking codes and working together in order to find a way to escape a locked room. Each room is set to a different theme, such as Sherlock Holmes or Pirates of the Caribbean. The company decided to take on the North Wilmington market following the success of their Main Street location in Newark, DE, where they currently have six themed rooms. They plan to open the North Wilmington location in February 2016.
