Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Attends CORFAC Spring Summit

Wilmington, DE (March 7, 2016) – Greg Ellis, CCIM, and Joseph Latina, Principals at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, recently attended the CORFAC International 2016 Spring Summit in New Orleans, LA.

CORFAC, a global company comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in real estate leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and corporate services, organizes a Fall and Spring summit annually. The Spring summit took place from February 24 through February 26 and hosted both domestic and international members of the organization.

Participants took place in networking activities such as Mardi Gras and Garden District walking tours, as well as attended panels discussing professional development topics including emerging real estate trends and best practices in CRE technology.
