Patterson-Woods Attends CORFAC Summit in London

Patterson-Woods Principals Joseph Latina and Greg Ellis, CCIM, attended the CORFAC International Fall Summit in London, England September 23-26. The conference is held biannually by CORFAC International and consists of member networking opportunities, commercial real estate panels, and distinguished speakers. This was the first conference held in Europe by the organization, which has 27 international member firms in addition to 46 firms in the United States and 6 in Canada. 

The summit's sessions included topics such as international investment and development trends, global commercial real estate markest and office occupier trends, and artificial intelligence and its impact on commercial real estate.

In addition to presenting a United States Real Estate Market update to the member firms, Latina received the 2018 Olen Monsees Award for his dedication to expanding CORFAC's network and enhancing the CORFAC brand in the industry. Latina is currently the Treasurer of CORFAC International and chairs their Affiliation and Development Committee. He will be President of CORFAC in 2021. Ellis chairs the CORFAC Conference Committee.
