Greg has been involved in various forms of real estate – commercial, corporate, and residential – for twenty-two years. He has represented both local and national clients by selling, leasing, and finding properties that fit their needs.
Greg joined Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties in May 2005, specializing in corporate property and investment sales and Tenant Representation for office, industrial, and retail leasing. Since joining Patterson-Woods, Greg has successfully negotiated and closed sales and leases involving office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers and hotels. He was promoted to Sales Manager at Patterson-Woods in January 2012, overseeing the company’s agents and transactions.
In 2010, Greg became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Being a CCIM, Greg is part of a global commercial real estate network with contacts across North America and more than 30 countries.
In addition to commercial brokerage for Patterson-Woods, Greg is a Principal of Rockford Capital Partners, a private real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of commercial real estate assets in the MidAtlantic US.
Prior to joining Patterson-Woods, Greg worked for 10 years for MBNA America Bank, N.A. For five of those years, he managed their Corporate Real Estate Department where he was responsible for all property acquisition, leasing, and disposition throughout the United States. In addition to negotiating purchase and lease agreements, he managed the due diligence process including zoning, use, and environmental investigations.
