Biography

Patterson-Woods is pleased to welcome Marvin Sachs to our real estate team. As a native of Wilmington, educated here and in nearby Philadelphia, Marvin brings a wealth of experience and business contacts. From 1975 to 1985, as President of Sachs Realty, a well-respected mostly residential local firm, Marvin made his mark in the local real estate scene. Along the way, Marvin obtained his auctioneer’s license and now operates Marvin Sachs Auction Company, which will remain separate from Patterson-Woods.

As an active member of the State of Delaware Real Estate Commission, and a onetime chairman of that commission, Marvin is known for his integrity and profesionalism. Marvin is able to asist in all phases of commercial real estate.
