Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that prinipals Tony Bariglio and Rich Dudek are named as Top Leasing Brokers in the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal's "Best of 2019" publication.

Patterson-Woods Principal Rich Dudek is celebrating 15 years with Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties. Rich has an entrepreneurial spirit and has achieved great success during his time with Patterson-Woods, including becoming the youngest partner in the firm. In addition to sales and leasing in DE, PA and MD, Rich assists in training new brokers at the firm and is involved in several local organizations, including the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club and Goodwill of Delaware. Patterson-Woods is pleased to welcome Donald Muller to their commercial real estate team. 

Donald Muller comes to the real estate industry following a career in sales for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Fort Mill, South Carolina. 

Don graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Political Science from Elon University in 2014. He also completed a commercial real estate certificate program through Cornell University in April 2019.

During his time at Elon, Don served as the head coach for the men's club baseball team and was a coordinator of a student service trip to Guatemala. 

Don recently moved to Hockessin, Delaware, to start his career in commercial real estate. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, watching football, grilling out, and going out to eat at local restaurants and breweries with his wife, friends, and family.

Tyler is a born and raised Delawarean and is an active member of his community. He is a graduate of University of South Carolina where he received his Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. 

Tyler grew up working at his family-owned restaurant Mary’s Kountry Kitchen in Stanton and has over two years’ experience working as an executive sous chef, front of house food and beverage manager, wedding sales manager, and event planner/coordinator at Villanova Conference Center and Wharton’s Steinberg Conference center with Aramark. 

Tyler got his start in Commercial Real Estate in August of 2018 when he received his license and started working at Gioffre Commercial Realty. 

When not working in real estate, Tyler enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, skiing, and going to the beach as well as spending time with his friends, family, and dog.

Coming from a strong customer service background you can be assured that whether buying, selling, or leasing, Tyler Foresta will provide you the special attention one expects of a dedicated commercial real estate professional. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, and organizational skills prove him to be a strong advocate for his clients to accomplish their goals.
