Wilmington, DE (June 6, 2016) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market, today announced the completion of a 5,716 sq. ft. medical office lease at Jenner’s Commons Business & Professional Village, an office and retail complex in West Grove, PA.

The turn-key medical office, owned by SF III Vineyard Way, LLC, includes sick and well waiting rooms, a large reception area, a separate employee entrance and break room, lab space, and sixteen exam suites. Rich Dudek and Chris Moore of Patterson-Woods represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Adam Knox of NAI Geis represented the tenant.

"The leasing activity has picked up lately as we feel many of the area retailers, office users, and restaurants are looking to consolidate in this growing area off of Route 1,” said Moore. "Jennersville Hospital’s quick decision to expand into the former CHOP space in Jenner’s Commons is an example of the increased activity, along with the location's easy access, attractive location and proximity to other businesses."

The hospital will join The Growing Place Childcare & Preschool, Premier Dental, KMC Gymnastics, and Jillian Grace Salon at Jenners Commons. There is a portfolio of space currently available consisting of immediately available suites, one pad site approved for a 2,760 sq. ft. building, and two 10,000+ sq. ft. buildings already approved for development. The immediately available suites include a 7,000 sq. ft. fully built-out former salon/spa ready to move in and a 1,025 sq. ft. office or retail shell ready for tenant fit-out.
