Wilmington, DE (September 28, 2017) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Principals Joseph Latina and Greg Ellis, CCIM, recently attended the CORFAC International 2017 Fall Summit in Denver, Colorado. The conference too place from September 13-16 and was host to over one hundred domestic and international members, panelists, and sponsors.
The conference is held bi-annually by CORFAC International and consists of member networking opportunities and hot topic panels, with this year's featuring a tech lab, social media strategies, and the marijuana industry. Members also got a glimpse of Denver attractions during outings to the Coors Brewery, the Denver Botanical Gardens, and the Denver Art Museum.
During the conference, Latina, a current CORFAC Executive Committee member, was elected as an officer for 2018 and will be serving as Secretary. This election puts him on track to become President of CORFAC in 2021. Latina has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2015.
Additionally, Patterson-Woods received a Platinum Award for Standards of Excellence for the fourth consecutive year at the CORFAC Standards of Excellence Award ceremony. Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Represents El Diablo Burritos in Fourth Delaware Lease
Wilmington, DE (August 11, 2017) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Principal, Joseph Latina, represented El Diablo Burritos, a Delaware-based fast-casual Mexican restaurant, in the lease of their fourth location at 5329 Limestone Road in Pike Creek, DE. They occupy a 1,900 sq. ft. retail space, formerly a Berri Yummi, in the Shops at Limestone Hills. They opened on July 7. 
Latina, a retail and investment specialist with an emphasis in food and beverage, has been the exclusive tenant broker for El Diablo since they opened their North Wilmington store in Branmar Plaza, and more recently their store on Newark’s Main Street. Their flagship store in Trolley Square opened in 2010.
“It was a pleasure to work with Dean and his team on their newest location. Their ‘hands on’ approach and attention to detail and the customer experience is the key to their continued success and growth,” said Latina.
El Diablo offers tacos, quesadillas, salads, burritos and bowls along with a variety of unique toppings and sides. They also provide catering.
