CORFAC is pleased to announce RPZ/CORFAC International in New Delhi, India, is the newest affiliate to join our growing global network. RPZ is the second firm to join CORFAC in 2022, building on last year’s momentum of adding six new locations to the network. The network now has more than 70 offices worldwide.

RPZ’s Managing Director Pankaz Jaiin has more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience in India. RPZ is a newly formed real estate company located in New Delhi that serves the national capital region in addition to the adjacent suburbs of Gurugram and Noida. The firm offers a wide range of brokerage services, including office and retail leasing, investment advisory, and luxury residential.

“It’s my pleasure to welcome our newest member RPZ to CORFAC,” said 2022 President Mason Capitani, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Detroit, Michigan. “RPZ brings a great deal of office, retail, and investment expertise to the network in the very active New Delhi market. We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint in India and look forward to future opportunities to work together.”

CORFAC International is pleased to announce our newest global affiliate, CDL Marketing and Sports S.A./CORFAC International in San Jose, Costa Rica, has joined our growing network. CDL Marketing was the sixth firm to join CORFAC in 2021, building on 2020’s momentum of adding four new firms to the network.

“It’s my pleasure to welcome our newest member CDL Marketing to CORFAC,” said 2022 President Mason Capitani, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Detroit, Michigan. “CDL brings a great deal of industrial and office real estate research and brokerage experience to the network in a growing global market. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to doing business together,” Capitani added.

Founded by President and CEO Francisco Navarro (pictured), CDL specializes in industrial, office and retail research and brokerage. With roots in the Costa Rica commercial real estate realm since 2016, the company also specializes in appraisal and project management.

“At CDL Marketing we know the importance and value of professional networking and international connections. We actively searched for a partnership for months and when we met CORFAC and a couple of the affiliated offices, we knew we found the right option,” said Navarro. “In our globalized world, being a member of CORFAC International will differentiate us from local competitors and help us compete with traditional multinational real estate offices.”

CDL’s 11-person team is one of the most active independent brokerage firms in Costa Rica. The market is driven by foreign direct investors, multinational companies and a highly qualified labor market, Navarro said. “This situation has created a sophisticated real estate market that is continuously improving.”

Navarro has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, including a senior role at Colliers International, and holds a PhD in Marketing from Universidad de Chile.
