CORFAC is pleased to announce Intelica CRE/CORFAC International, in the St. Louis suburb of Creve Coeur, Missouri, is the newest U.S. affiliate to join our growing global network. Intelica CRE is the second domestic firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2019's record-setting growth of seven new firms.

"CORFAC International is pleased to announce that a top-notch new affiliate in the metropolitan St. Louis market has joined the network," said CORFAC President Alan Joel, CCIM, of Joel and Granot Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta, GA. "Having one of the best full-service commercial real estate firms join us in this major hub in the central U.S. is great for all of CORFAC members' clients. Intelica is the leading independent commercial real estate firm in the St. Louis market and rivals the national brokerages. We are excited to have them on our team to provide the services our clients expect from our organization."

Intelica CRE, which has 11 full-time brokers, serves the greater St. Louis market area and specializes in office and industrial brokerage and investment sales.
