Patterson Woods & Associates is a second generation commercial real estate firm with deep roots in the Wilmington community; a company with high ideals, principles and a sense of community responsibility.   With over 30 years of experience working  elbow to elbow with business leaders; we have thrived and  received many blessings. 

To celebrate the 10th year anniversary of Patterson Woods, the Patterson Woods Educational Foundation was formed.  This fund is a field of interest fund designated to improving Public education with emphasis on increasing the graduation rate.  The Delaware Community Foundation, with assets of more than 230 million dollars, administers this fund along with many others.

A tenet of our business plan calls for giving  back to the community.   As a responsible company we have chosen to support our charities in an effort to make a positive difference in the lives of people in our community.  We urge you to support these fine charities.
