Michael joined Patterson-Woods in 2003, specializing in Retail/Investment property sales and leasing in Delaware.

Since joining Patterson-Woods, Michael has brokered the sale of numerous investment properties which include shopping centers, multi-tenant office & industrial properties.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Prior to his real estate career, Michael had worked for 9 years in Wilmington, DE & Cleveland, OH with a major credit card company in marketing, database management, travel and various other customer contact areas.

Michael relocated to Florida in 1999 and worked for several years with a major international global distribution services company for the travel industry in database and software development which ended shortly after September 11, 2001.

Michael became and practiced as a licensed commodities broker in Miami, FL until his decision to join Patterson-Woods in 2003.

EDUCATION

Michael attended the University of Delaware in Newark, DE where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
